About Ulises Gonzalez
Ulises Gonzalez is an HCM transformation and global payroll leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding complex, multinational programs from strategy through implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations. His expertise spans enterprise HCM and payroll transformation, program governance, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, technology integration, and program recovery across ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, and other global platforms.
Throughout his career, Ulises has led large-scale initiatives across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. His experience includes directing programs spanning more than 60 countries, leading global teams of over 120 professionals, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and supporting deployments serving tens of thousands of employees.
Ulises is known for bringing structure, accountability, and practical leadership to high-stakes programs. He combines executive-level program direction with deep functional and technical knowledge across payroll, time and attendance, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, vendor management, and post-go-live stabilization. His collaborative approach helps organizations align stakeholders, manage risk, strengthen governance, and achieve sustainable business outcomes.
